Another great artisanal cheese is from Pat Morford's Three Ring Farm and her 50+ goats: Rivers Edge Chevre. One is a wonderful soft spread with sun dried tomatoes, and my favorite is her Humbug Mountain bloomy rind cheese. Mmmmm.
